Alberta Pre-Need Salesperson Course

A pre-need salesperson is an individual who solicits and enters into contracts with clients for funeral and cemetery goods and services. These individuals are employed by regulated funeral homes and/or cemeteries. In Alberta, such an individual must be licensed as a Pre-Need Salesperson by the Alberta Funeral Services Regulatory Board (AFSRB). This mandatory course will guide you through lessons, assignments, and activities that will prepare you to gain the competencies of a pre-need salesperson who meets the profession's standards.
